Hello,
I am partial to Cabriolethydraulics in Sarasota FL for cylinder and or hose replacement. As far as the cylinder you would need to remove them and send them to them for repair. As others have said, top off the fluid and run the top and find the leaks. As far as the fluid the fluid Saab used to sell to us back when these cars were new was almost clear. Everywere you look they recommend CHF11s or CHF202 fluid as replacement fluid. Personally I use the Mercedes Benz ZH-M fluid which is clear and used by most other companies. Usually I get the cheaper Febi fluid that is usually about $14. Good Luck, Bernie
