Our '06 SC has atleast three fuse blocks. One in driver's end of dashboard, and two (maybe more) under the hood by the battery.

Check the owner's Manual for location of the fuse which might be blown. It might be fuse #12 in the fuse block next to the battery. Nothing is identified as being for the rear wiper, but fuse #12 is for the rear washer pump on the SC models.
