Keep it.
Random thoughts…
1) You say that you’re into the car for $10K — including purchase price — so your repair costs to-date can’t be that extensive.
2) Compare any potential future repair costs to that of any new or used replacement vehicle and you’re way ahead keeping the car. I searched extensively for a good used car for under $10K for my college son this past summer and the search was beyond frustrating. Junk is everywhere.
3) The car appears to be rust-free. Bonus.
4) A window regulator is DIY with an inexpensive part. Keep it taped until you can repair it. You don’t need to repair the sunroof unless it leaks. Close it and be done with it for now. The wiper issue needs to be fixed, DIY or mechanic.
5) 140K miles is nothing for a car so old. Getting 200K out of it doable.
6) Get an OBD-II reader online and figure out the CE light. Might be minor.
7) With the issues you cite, you might get $6K for the car. You likely will not get anything decent to replace it for $6K.
8) Clean those wheels!
9) If it doesn’t burn oil, bonus. Manual transmission, bonus.
10) If you can’t afford repairs, how would you cover a car payment? Even $500/mo is $6K/year. Again, keep the car.
Good luck!
