Hello,
Usually I find that issue to be a mechanical problem in the CIM. The entire CIM is no longer sold, just the board inside. Usually if you disassemble the CIM you can repair the lever mechanism in the CIM. First time I ever I saw this was after someone had replaced the board and the mechanism for the turn signal had come apart and was not put back together correctly. It may take a few tries to figure out the way it should be put together. Sometimes I need to steal parts from an old take off CIM. Good Luck, Bernie
