You will need a Tech2 with security access to program it. I doubt any non Saab places can do this. It is pretty simple once you have that. It must be done in the car with a good key as a "master".

Someone local to you on here may be able to help.

I just went through this and was unable to program one of the aftermarket keys. Wound up buying OEM as suggested above.

As Paul says - do not lose the key you have or you will need to replace the CIM as well (steering column lock electronics).
