My dealings with Intl. Motors (not good)

I took my '99 SE up there for service a couple of years ago. Total scam. They refused to fix the leaky head gasket, needlessly dropped the tranny, and had my car for 1 week. Their rental division almost tried to charge me for the additional days (ie., the repair was only supposed to take a couple of days). If I had more time, I would have filed a complaint with the BBB. But instead I've been VERY happy with the service here at my local shop in central VA.
I've heard better things about VOB.
