Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you will not find nearly the aftermarket support for your SAAB as you did with the v-dub. The last generation 9-3's and current 9-5's have a decent market, with most tuners being in the UK and Sweden. Very few mods are out on the 9-3SS with Trionic 8 (T8) engine management. You can find them at:
http://www.abbottracing.com - prices in British Pounds, can be hard to get stateside, generally thought of as good quality at a high price.
(more specifically: http://www.abbottracing.com/2003/index.htm)
http://www.genuinesaab.com - stateside distributor for Swedish tuner BSR/Speedparts.
(more specifically: http://www.genuinesaab.com/tuning/440.htm)
MapTun exists, but they are behind.
There are a few others, but these two are leading by far right now. I am finding that I am going to have to custom make most of my own parts.
When searching, keep in mind you have the B207L, which besides different ECM calibrations, has several component differences when compared to the B207R in the Arc and Vector/Aero - namely the injectors, turbo (Garrett GT2052s vs MHI TD04L-14T), and boost pressure (0.4bar+/-.03 vs 0.45bar+/-.03).
Best of luck!
