17" wheels will improve handling, but the ride will be harsher, and you can forget about using them in snow or slush. Saab typically puts summer tires on cars with 17" wheels, although there are some snow tires you can get in that size. Park Assist could be handy if you do a lot of parallel parking, but you learn where the front and back of your car are soon enough, anyway. Xenon headlights put out much more light than normal halogens, and you never have to replace the bulbs, since they typically outlast the car. If you can spend the money on them, I'd go for it.
