Hi,
I need advice regarding a 2nd hand Saab 9-3 Vector that I'm interested in. Apparently, I think I should be able to get it for about $20k...

It has about 18k miles on it, but the thing is that:

1. It is full of scratches and dents all around its exterior(the scratches/dents are not big but are pretty noticeable upon casual scrutiny
2. The front spoiler of the car is pretty chapped up with loads of scratches, a big crack w/ a chip, and quite a bit of paint that has peeled off.
3. The door handles, plastic bumpers, guard protectors seem to be pretty faded in an off-white color from their usual black. I think this is a case of oxidization from too much sun? I think this makes the car look really old and is this a common problem? Will the dealer solve it for me under warranty or do I have to pay and get rid of these faded plastic parts myself?

I'm really in a dilemma because, as much as I like to get a Saab, it seems like paying $20k for a car with such a poor cosmetic apperance might not seem that worth it. Is $20k for an 03 Vector even a "buy-able price" anyway?
