Take the car to a trusted mechanic. By hoisting the car up, he can spin the wheels by hand and see if there's anything amiss with the wheels. It's not a balancing prob, as that usually manifests itself at highway speeds. It's probably not an alignment prob either, which usually causes the car to go to the left or the right.
Note that even good tires can be slightly out of round, causing very minor cowl shakes that you usually discern when you first buy a car. :) I had a Honda many years back, and had slight cowl shakes that only I could feel. I had a very good mechanic, and we drive in the car (both of us) for about 10-15 miles, and he finally could feel what I was talking about. But, nothing was wrong with anything . . . .
