The major service is important (30, 60, 90, etc) with the 60 (120, 180, etc) probably the most important. Depending on where you live $700 may be the going rate. The dealer I used while living in Orlando charged about $500 w/o the serpentine belt and pulley. The belt/pulley replacement ran around $180 (?), but I bought the parts online ($70) and spent about an hour replacing the belt/pulley myself. I’ve heard the dealer in Chicago is around $700 w/o the belt, but I found an independent Saab mechanic that charges $450 for my 90k and it's walking distance from my home. If your handy you can do some of the work yourself, the service/warranty manual has a list of all the items done at every service. Just changing the air-filter and sparkplugs (only use NGK resistor plugs, most use BPCR6ES11) may save you $50.
