On the wife's NG 93, we had 205/65/16 Hakka 1's, they lasted 3 years (at the end of the 3rd year, the performance was on the downward slope, very dramatic, with 4/32" left in center of worst tires), and were great in snow and glare ice, on highway tracking, turn in and mid cornering, and braking, competent on acceleration, both straight and exiting corners. We now have 205/65/16 Blizzies, WS-50's on her 93 SS Vector, as we bought them late last season, and no one had Hakka's left, in our size. New WS's seem to have better acceleration stick, both straight and corner exit, but aren't as sticky cornering, braking and highway tracking are only competent, in comparison. I've had both on my C900 SPG (195/65/15), and found almost the same results, with the Hakka's even better, in snow and glare ice. I've been using Hakka's, on the street and rallying, since the late '70's, and they seem to get better with each new model, all around, but I long for the days of the '08's and '09's in deep snow, they were like Mickey Pilots in the dry.
