Work together all that well. First of all, your car needs to be an auto. Its even harder, almost impossibe, to put one in a 5-speed because of the clutch.
Second, you'll need to find a place that has done Saabs in the past. If you go to a place that says, "sure I'll give it a try!", you're in for problems.
I went to about 4 different places before finding a place that would do it. My car is a 9000 and they had put a few in 9-5s, so I went with them. And I had to bring it back 3 times because it wasn't quite right. Finally they got it right. They were even able to tap into my stock alarm/keyless entry, which most can't do. I'm totally happy with it. Its the best thing in the world to get into a nice warm car in the morning, and have the butt warmers heating up the seats!!
Oh yea, and expect it to be expensive. Mine was $300 because the only system that was compatible was expenisve and they had to spend tons of time studying wiring schematics of my car and trying to get it work right. It took three days on the first try, one on the second time, and just an afternoon the last time I brought it back. They also installed the CD changer that I had bought from them free of charge. A Big shout-out to Chris at Base Auto Sound in Salem, NH!!
So good luck, shop around and don't get discouraged!!
