search for 'rotor off' and other phrases
this has been discussed quite often
If you loosen the wheel bolts a bit, just slack but not looser, AND index screw out, and do some driving, cornering, braking at -low speed close to your driveway-, that may break the rust bond that is holding the rotor on. That is used to free up stuck wheels. -Hard braking may be the most effective thing as the rotor will want to shift against the hub.-
Others have tried heat, but a home propane torch may not be effective. There is always the school of -get a bigger hammer-
Some rust penetrant on the hub interface of the rotor will help. What are you going to do to prevent this from happening again?
