That's a really tough question with only one safe answer.
Replace the whole tensioner bracket with two pulleys and the third idler pulley and put a new timing belt on. That way it will most likely run for 60K miles without a problem.
If you don't do it and one of the three pulleys fail before the next scheduled replacement at 120K you are going to kick yourself for not doing it.
I just had a 2001 in today with 88K miles and original timing belt. Replaced belt and all three pulleys.
The lower idler pulley was a little bit noisy and kind of sticky but I didn't hear any alarming noises from the engine before taking it apart so I can't say how much longer that pulley would have lasted.
The belt looked good though.
The timing belt is really strong and not part of the problem. Failing pulleys are the problems and they should be replaced at every 60K interval.
