Looking for a good mechanic in Portland, OR.

Hello Everyone.
I'm having trouble with my 2000 Aero and would like to find a good, non-dealership mechanic in Portland. I've heard good things about a place named RPM Motor (and I found a listing for them, here on SaabNet), but none of the numbers that I've been able to dig up for them are working.
At this point, the car that I've loved most, of the ones I've owned, is docked in my driveway. I haven't been able to get it to start, since yesterday morning.
In a nutshell, my trouble has been this:
1. Occassionally, I get into the car, turn the key in the ignition and the lights on the dash come on, briefly, then die. The car doesn't even try to start up. I, in a fit frustration, get out, lock the car and head to the nearest pub for a pint of stout. When I return to the car and try, again, to start it, it cranks up without a hickup.
2. I get in to the car, turn the key in the ignition and it cycles and cycles, but never actually turns over. This is the "fault" that greeted me, yesterday morning.
I've taken to someone who is able to test batteries and he says that mine is fine, so I'm at a loss.
I bought the car, used, only a short while ago and it's the first Saab that I've owned, so I have no idea what to think.
