Spark Plugs for '02 Aero

I've looked at posts on this and I don't see a consensus on what plugs to use. My '02 is coming up on 50K and going out of warranty. The plugs were changed at the 30K service interval at the dealer with, I would guess, the
PFR6H10s. I am still on the original DI cassette and I do NOT carry a spare. The car does more around town stop-and-go traveling than open highway, but I still put 20K per year on the odometer.
Once the weather gets a little warmer, I plan to essenially do a 60K service a little prematurely since I accumulate the miles rapidly and may not be able to do it once I approach 60K; I'll be in the low 50s anyway. So, what plugs do I use? Will a hotter plug, which I would need to use because of the around town driving the car mostly experiences, have adverse affects on the DI cassette? Someone posted that a less expensive plug (BCPR6ES-11) is actually a common lawnmower plug and sells for substantially less than an automobile plug. And I thought I read somewhere that when changing the plugs that some dielectric grease should be used to coat the inside of the DI cassette where it slips over the individual plugs......did I read this right?
Opinions?
