I use National Tire Ovations on my 99 9-5 Wagon, and they have good all-season handling characteristics P215/55R16H, and they have served me well here in a very snowy winter in Toronto and even on trips farther north. The guy who sold them to me has them on his wife's car, and they live in a snow belt. I got another set for my wife's older Acura, and they are good on it too. The H rating is definitely high enough for me - do I ever need to drive long distances at 100 mph (160 km/h here in Canada)?
I don't know where they are sold in the States, but they are made there.
Cheers,
