I have similar vibrations in my 2002 aero, but have seen a slight highway speed vibration in every 9-5 I have ever driven, probably over 35 of them by now. I believe it is inherent in the chassis. It is different in sedans than wagons as well. Have been through a number of sets of tires and wheels on mine, no difference, or I should say , minor differences. My question is regarding wheel bearings,if you have enough of a problem in a bearing to cause a vibration, I believe you ought ot have other symptoms in the steering and handling that would point to them, and cannot understand how a faulty bearing would only show up as a vibration. I also hade my front struts replaced during the diagnostic phase of hunting this down on my car, and brand new ones did not make a difference. any thoughts on this?
