Valve cover screws

Hello,
I recently was checking on my DIC and found out that the valve cover screws were loose. So I tightened them but after doing so, the engine started to vibrate around 1500-2000rpm when accelerating from stop. Did I tighten the screws too much that its affecting the DIC and spark plugs?
Thanks,
