The prime cause of this skreeeeaaaach in 9-5s is a couple of plastic rollers at the bottom of the window. The driver's side on mine dropped shortly after the noise began. The parts are cheap (about $1.00). The passenger side has been making the same noise which started at the same time but the parts have not broken yet (knmock on wood). This was about 100,000 miles ago.
