Thanks for the tip. I'll have to have that checked next time I bring it in. I like to be well-informed of possible causes before letting the mechanics loose. I can't say that I've ever heard of an exhaust stud, but I'm not too knowledgable about the nuts and bolts of cars. Is that part related to the oxygen sensor? My Nissan had a bad O2 sensor that I believe was hurting my gas mileage by making the engine run rich. I do worry about the turbo on my Saab, since this is the first turbocharged car I've ever driven.
