I brought my 02 9-5 arc to the dealer to fix the leak and they were not able to finish it today. So he offers to rent me a car for the weekend. That sounds like the right thing to do so I said thanks and went down to the Enterprise rent a car to pick it up. I was a little surprised when they said I was getting a Yukon. But then I realized they probably can't rent too many of them these days. At first I said ok, as I wasn't going far and didn't expect to spend much on gas. And it was better than getting one of those mini econo cheap rental cars I was expecting. Then I went out to look at it. This vehicle was absolutly filthy. All the carpets were stained, front, back, trunk. The seats were all stained and filthy. I don't know what the stains were, but I wasn't about to ride around in this piece of crap for 3 days. I refused the vehicle and the employee was cooperative about it and found me another GM product. A colorodo pick up with a king cab. This wasn't too great either, the passenger seat has some kind of purple stain on it, but its not as bad. Has anyone used entrerprise lately? I used their cars years ago and never had a problem. They were allways in pretty good shape. In fact the first saab I ever drove I rented from enterprise. Six months later I bought my 99 9-5. Anyway i'll post the results of my car repair when I get the car back hopefulle monday. I think its tranny fluid leaking, the service writer says its coolant.
