My Aero vibrates at idle as well - but not as bad as you describe. The indie found a broken transmission mount (fixed under 3rd party warranty) which improved things noticeably. I also had the idle increased a smidge - also helped and I flush the ear canal periodically.
On the other hand, like 8AA2YM suggested, at 1HP per combustion volume about the size of your FOB, something's going to shake somewhere.
P.S. Variable timing and such tricks may be the reason that you don't see this on some other cars.
