There are plenty of comments on this site regarding this problem lately.
I'm not going to say that you haven't got a genuine mechanical problem but in general most of these are related to the gas you use and in fact the engine has nothing defective to be replaced. So I'd be careful about having a mechanic replacing lots of parts.
I've got the same issue on mine. My understanding is that Saab currently has no known solution other than to use a certain gas which varies by region. In mine they're recommending Arco Regular (not premium) for example.
Saab decarbonized my engine and replaced all the fuel injectors all under warranty. Next tank of gas the problem came back (didn't use Arco). Others on this site have claimed the fuel injector cleaner used occasionally is a low tech, low cost stopgap solution.
I'm currently in the process of elevating my concerns up the ladder at my dealer and likely Saab next. I think it's important that Saab understand this problem that will shatter their reputation if they don't solve it.
