Snows are absolutely a must!! A 9-5 with proper snowtires is a serious sled-doggie of a car. You'll be plowing snow a little more with the lower suspension and chin spoiler of the Aero, but getting around will be as enjoyable with snows as without, especially in MN or similar places. If it weren't for the great late fall weather we've been having in the upper midwest and Plains states, I'd be asking you, "Why don't you have your snows on already?" ;-) Buying an extra set of 16" rims for your snows is also very prudent.
