Flickering/Different Color Xenons (2002 9-5 Aero) LONG!

I have a new-to-me 2002 9-5 Aero SW with xenons. I noticed that the right-front xenon flickers intermittently and appears (and I stress the "appears" after reading the other post about xenons on this page) to cut in and out occassionally. Also, the same unit (right-front) appears to be a more "non-xenon" color, i.e., more yellow as opposed to the blueish on the left side. In the service records for the car, the previous owner had a TSB campaign performed for the "xenon unit" but did not specify what it was for.
Is this normal or is it a sign of the bulb getting ready to burn-out as I've read in other's posts about having two different colored bulbs? I still have a warranty on the car, I'm just asking if this is actually a problem so I don't have to hassel with the dealer about a $200.00 light bulb which they could try telling me is a "disposable item" and as long as the bulb works, they won't replace it only because of a color difference. Is this possibly because the dealer replaced the right-front bulb with a bulb of a different wattage as I've read that xenons are available in different intensities?
So I guess what I'm asking is "is it normal for one bulb to flicker and cut in and out intermittently and is it normal for one bulb to be a different color than the other bulb?"
Sorry for the length of the post, just wanted to thoroughly explain the issue,
Andrew In DE
