If you buy a SAAB auto-dimming mirror it's likely that the wiring and instructions will make it an easy installation. Try Roberti SAAB...they offer a 20% discount to Saab Club mmbers.

You can get an aftermarket mirror from numerous sources. McDonnelly and GenTech are two companies that are major suppliers to the auto industry. However, they won't sell direct. If you do buy aftermarket the wiring is a little more work...actually still an easy DIY project. Electrically, you'll be wiring into the feed and ground for the overhead map light.

Don't delay, an auto-dimming mirror is one of the cheapest, easy-to-install upgrades you can add to your SAAB. I've been installing them since 1986...they're a must-have to me.
