replaced DIC, now no power, feels like limp home

My '02 9-5 AERO stalled at 65mph. It was towed to dealer, who replaced the ignition cassette and updated the software. Upon pick up (after hours unfortunately) the car has NO POWER, can't drive over 25-30 mph, and the turbo boose guage doesn't go up very far. There are no warning lights on the dash.
Could the engine have gone into "limp home" mode during the stall? Is this a simple reset somewhere? The dealer obviously didn't do a test drive out of the parking lot, and now it's Saturday - service closed until Monday.
I've read other posts regarding throttle body failure causing limp home mode. It seems unlikely that DIC and throttle body would fail simultaneously. Any comments?
