Maybe someone can see what measurements they get with their Aero. I can’t imagine the tables being off since everything seems to agree. It could be a looped scenario where everything filters through bad tables and so it is actually the tables that are wrong. Saab has had since 1997 to get the tables correct. Does Hunter go by these tables or something else? Hunter specs do match the tables. I emailed Hunter about this since they have been very helpful in the past.
The buyback question was more of a curiosity. I am way out of lemon law mileage, but I imagine that very rarely a car just can’t be fixed for some reason and has to be bought back. One could always get alignment readings on different machines or one that Hunter has just calibrated. At some point it is safe to assume that the car has an alignment problem. I have been noticing awful handling as well. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I drove another family member’s car for a few days. Went back to the Saab and it just feels terrible. Very unplanted, sloppy handling, jolty on any bumps, loose in curves, just not the Saab 9-5 I used to drive.
