Scraping noise from DS front suspension

I just put on snow tires on my 2000 9-5 Aero and this past weekend I noticed a scraping noise from the DS front suspension when I went hit larger bumps that made the suspension travel a lot (sounds like the airdam scraping the pavement when you go up a steep driveway too quickly). I put on 205/55 16's which are the same diameter as the stock 17's so I didn't think they would rub.
Anyone have any idea what the problem and how to fix it (how much $$)??
Thanks, Marek
