If you've taken the trouble to prep it already, why not buy a spray can or two of touch-up spray for around $30 a can? They mix to the exact code and use the same urethane as the bodyshop would.
Since it's black, I also had good luck and color match with painting a replacement mirror shell with plain old off the shelf black epoxy spray.
Or, you could try the new fusion spray paint formulated for plastics and spray directly to plastic.
The last two run less than 5 bucks a can.
If I were doing it, I'd spray epoxy on a spot, fusion on a spot and try some scratch tests after a week and if neither were acceptable, would order the urethane. What's the worst that can happen, a few minutes of sanding off the experiment?
Or, you could spend the $125, which is actually pretty reasonable for a bodyshop price.
