cause premature turbo failure. Turbos can spool at several hundred thousand RPMs at full boost pressure. If you drive it very hard and shut it off right away, the turbo becomes oil starved and ultimately kills the bearing. Driving aggressively before the car is warm(oil temp) can have the same effect.
Doesn't, however, excuse the dealer from not noticing it before you took delivery!
