Brake fluid flush, trans fluid flush and coolant replacement is what I would do too if I performed the service.
The coolant is "for life" in the 2002 but I don't trust that.
Serpentine belt per see is not crucial since they last a long time but the upper idler pulley is the weak point so if you decide to replace the belt, you must absolutly plan on replacing that ribbed upper pulley too.
I wouldn't gap the plugs at 1.1mm since that is the upper most allowed gap, which means that after 1000 miles your plugs will be over allowed gap due to errosion.
I would also check the left and right parking brake cable bracket at control arms since they seem to be loose on all 2002 and up 9-5. It's a simple M6 bolt with 10mm head that needs to be tightened.
And no, it is no "definitive and authoritative" word to give since we are just a happy bunch of people giving our own opinion about things. ;o)
