This relay has an orange housing and resides in the fuse block in the engine compartment. This relay is prone to failure of solder connections on the internal ircuit board. Failure of this relay can cause any of the following: loss of headlights; loss of lamp failed warning, perpetual lamp failed warning.
A new relay is over $100 (all other relay are only around $15) but the old one can be repaired with a fine-tip soldering iron.
