I found the MI (Modification Instructions) on the NHTSA site for non US/CA cars.
Don't really know why it is a difference.
They do mention that some of the older TK 3.4 with the B serial number (B083821-B096117) to be included too.
As for the V6 engine, they use a C serial number (C048743-C072404).
Reading the numbers buck listed earlier, he might have mistaken the V6 numbers as the TK 3.4 B numbers.
