Solution on my car for stumbling

I had posted a few weeks ago that the turbo was replaced on my 9-5 but it kept stumbling when starting from a stnad-still. I took it back and had them check it out and was told "fuel quality" was the issue, despite the fact I am using Chevron Supreme. I also tried a bottle of Techron to no avail. Last weekend I was checking out the car and testing the DIC I bought for a spare. I noticed below the MAF sensor was a line with a blue connector hanging there in the breeze. I found its mate and they snapped together. Then on the driver's side front, there was another hose connection hanging loose which I don't know what it's for. I tried to hook it up but the retainer is broken. I went and bought a $.68 hose clamp to secure the hose and between the two of them, it's like driving a new car. I am going to sell my Chrysler now which has been my backup. I guess to sum it up, my Saab Dealer was a bit sloppy.
