Draw-Tite (again) - which Receiver ? Can't find one

to fit! I have bought a MasterLock and a Reese, both of them are too long, they both have "too much metal" after the bolt hole, i.e. the part which goes inside the Draw-Tite came to a stop before the holes (of the receiver and the hitch) can line-up.
The one receiver which can fit is from U-Haul, it has a shorter rod (i.e. less metal after the bolt hole). But it is only rated at 2000 lb and it does not give me the 2" rise. I have not bought the trailer yet, but will buy a Snowbear trailer from HomeDepot, which has a 15" coupler height.
Any suggestion on which receiver is rated for 3500#, gives me 2" rise and MOST importantly, fit the Draw-Tite? Thanks in advance!
