I have a 2000 9-5 Aero with 260K miles. Your car will last the distance.
At 181K miles you are due for a major service. Much of it is preventive and designed to ensure the longevity of the car. A couple of things will leave you stranded and should be attended to.
1) change the serpentine belt and pulleys. When the pulley goes you'll need a tow...the serpentine belt drives the water pump, and without that you'll fry the engine. Two immediate symptoms are the tip-off that you have this problem...the battery indicator light and loss of power steering at the same time.
2) If the battery is much more than 3 years old...replace it. They go suddenly, and will strand you...generally at night in the cold. A jump will get you started, but you're still left with the need to replace the battery.
3) failure to change the oil (every 5K miles) wll lead to expensive problems
