Sorry for using standard frases when giving advice.
Ground you can pick from anywhere under the dash where you find bare metal that in some or another way is connected through the car frame to battery negative post.
Power you can steal from post 30 on that same relay which have a thick red wire attached. That is battery power always on.
Now as an experiment when relay is out, you can use a short piece of wire and bridge between post 30 and 87. That would make the starter kick in and turn over.
What pin 85 and 86 are doing when receiving power on one and ground on the other is to close the relay pins 30 and 87 (just like if you bridge the two pins) so that power is flowing from battery to starter solenoid.
