Window tinting on a 2001 9-5 se wagon

I have been considering getting the windows tinted on my 01 9-5 wagon. As a kid hauler (2.75 year old boy and a 4 week old girl), the lack of sunblocking is hard on their poor eyes, (and makes it hard to sleep).
Has anyone had any experience with this? What kind of tinting is recommended (I have heard the ceramic is best), and how much (all the glass or only the back half of car)? (Is there a place you can find out the 'state limit'??) How expensive is it? (I know a couple of guys who had it done for around $200-400 (depends on the tint), but this was in S. Cali.(I'm in Minnesota).
Will the side and rear window defrosters cause the tinting to bubble??
Anyone know of a good tinting shop in the twin cities area?
Thanks!!
