was the cause on my 9-5. It was replaced twice. Oil pressure sensor can be another oil leak source. The PCV system is at fault in the headgasket leak as well as a poorly designed fit/headgasket material. That being said, there really is nothing you can do with the PCV beyond Mod II to have any effect. Mod II involved drilling out a couple of oil drain holes. Thanks to Nick, more info can be found at the link. Unfortunately, Mods I and II were superceded before it was decided that Mod II was the best fix and they should have left well enough alone. Basically the last mod is to revert the PCV nipple mod to what amounts to the original Mod II. Sorry I don't have the details and certainly don't know the PCV system status on your car.
