I just had my spoiler and front bumper cover repainted in late February for the same reason and already have scraped it several times, plus the paint up front is going to get road rash just from general stuff flying around in the airstream. To make paint match, at least with metallic colors, there is no complete solution other than repainting an entire panel. Touch up spot painting with solid colors is possible since the area that is touched up can be finely wet sanded and then re polished, and a good painter can make it impossible to tell it was done. There is a technique being marketed as Blend Tech that purports to be able to do this with metallic paint as well, but I had it done on my bumper several years ago and it did not look that good. It's clearly your call, but for me, if it is the front end,I'm living with the minor road rash from now on. The spoiler on the Aero is definitely too low for everyday use.
