Weird things with ESP. Need help..

This morning when I started up my '02 9-5 Aero with 59K miles, the ESP light was illuminated meaning the ESP was off, also were the checking engine light and the safety warning light (I don't know what to call it, it's the one with exclamation point in the middle). Also when I shifted the auto tranny from P to R or to D, there was a scarely clunk which had never happended before. I drove to work like that and noticed that the boost only went as far as mid-yellow so I guess the car was in limp home mode.
Just now (noon time) I went out to started the car and the ESP light no longer comes on. No clunk when I shift. But the check engine light and the safety warning lights are still on, but the boost goes back into the red as normal.
What could possible be the problem with my car? It was raining hard last night and I parked my car on the driveway. Could be the moisture got into the sensors. At least I'm glad the transmission does not clunk when I shift. Thank you in advance for any input.
