I have a '99 9-5 Sportwagon, 2.3L, 67K, automatic tranny. I bought it from my indie at 37K on a lease trade in. It's going in for it's 60K service. The original owner never did the 30K and my indie did that before I bought it,... that's the reason for its lateness for 60K service. Anyway, I have put in 10w/30 dino oil, as per the owners manual, each 3k or 3 months. I want to keep this car for at least another 6 years. Would it be prudent to switch to full synthetic now (0w/40 Mobil 1) or is what I'm doing now all right to ensure a long and happy life for my 9-5?
