And I am man enough to admit that saab really picked a bad spot for the sensor. Or the throttle body, or that stupid metal pipe that runs along the engine and connects to a flexible pipe, just past the sensor, for the rest of its run. I tried everything except to remove the throttle body or that dumb pipe. Wrench, deep socket, flexible extension, woble extension, universal type thing, remove the plastic cover on the throttle body- stupid intake manifold's in the way. Nothing worked. So now I guess I'll wait to see if I get another temp sensor failure. Unless that happens I'll just wait until I have to change the throttle body.
