I've got a weirdness with my 2001 9-5 Aero's air conditioning. The dealer says the codes show it's the door on the heat exchanger and the only fix is to replace the heat exchanger. Total estimate: $3,300. I can paint my house or fix the AC. Anyone have any ideas on how complicated this process is and what it would take to fix and how much?
