year?miles?engine?
May only require a simple increase in the amount of refrigerant. The first thing to do is to measure the pressure. For the 4 cylinder engine, the low pressure fitting is aligned with the center of the engine mount on the RH fender, and buried down about 4-6 inches.
If the engine was cold and the whole system at around 85F, the pressure would be near 100PSI. With max cold on both drivers and passenger sides of the ACC, fan on max, hot day, doors open, recirc off - the pressure should drop to lows of around 33-35PSI and increase to around 40 when the compressor cycles out.
You can get a gauge by itself, or get one with the gas in a kit. Read and follow the directions.
