Codes erased by generic OBD2. When will they come back?

I bought a generic OBD2 scanner from eBay and checked that my 02' Aero had the following codes
P0102 MAF or VAF A Circuit Low Input
P0100 MAF or VAF A Circuit Malfunction
P0103 MAF or VAF A Circuit High Input
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
I checked the WIS and the codes seem to related to the MAF sensor so I cleaned the connector, and put it back, and erased the codes. I went out driving about 3 miles, started the car and shut off 4-5 times. Hooked up the tool again and no codes found.
My question is how many drive cycles or how long the distance the codes will come back if the problems have not yet been resolved? I know it may take several cycles or certain distance but I'm just being impatience:) Also how long does the I/M readiness monitors to be set again? I bought a cheap one which only reads the codes. Also any inputs about fixing the above codes would really be appreciated. Thank you.
