Like AP says, depends on what was in there before and what you added.
Adding the wrong chemistry can react in ways you don't want and show up years late in a failed or compromised cooling system.
Personally, I switched from the GM Dexcool Saab variant to G-05 as soon as I got the car (at 50K) and won't use anything else, but that's my preference.
I'd plan a flush and fill asap with a good extended coolant and stick with it for the life of the car. If the few extra bucks is a non-issue, go with Saab-branded from the dealer for that year and model.
My two cents.
